cmnd+M LLC (“cmnd+m”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the owner and operator of www.cmndm.com (the “Website”).  Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting information that you may provide us through our Website or in email, texts, and other electronic messages between you and our Website.

Children Under 13

We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Website.  Anyone under the age of 13 may not use our Website.  We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under 13, we will delete that information.   • Web beacons:  Pages of our Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to do things like count the number of customers who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Website statistics.

  • Experience data: We may collect other information that is voluntarily provided by you from time to time if you provide comments to us or respond to surveys, polls, questionnaires, and/or Website registration forms. You may unsubscribe from receiving commercial email communications from us by emailing us at hello@cmndm.com.  However, we reserve the right to send you transactional emails such as customer service communications on the products and services you have purchased. For security reasons, do not send personal information, such as social security numbers, credit card information, or bank account information, to us by email.

  • Transfer of Assets:  As we evolve our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or all (or substantially all) of our assets, the personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information we have about you may be transferred to and used by this acquiring entity. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.

What Choices Do You Have About Our Use of Your Information?

Your information will be retained in our database for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.  Your Information will be stored for only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, thus the retention period for your Information will vary depending on your interactions with us (for example, where you have made a request to us via our Website, we will keep a record of your request for the period necessary to ensure the adequate provision of services to you). We will keep a record of your request for as long as necessary to protect us from a legal claim.

If you request it, we will provide you with a copy of your information.  You may also send us an email at privacy@cmndm.com to request a correction or deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us. If we determine the change would violate law or legal requirements or cause the information to be incorrect, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Location of Data

We are headquartered in the United States.  We have entities, operations and service providers in the United States and throughout the world.  We and our service providers may transfer your information to, or access it from, countries other than the one in which you are located.  These countries may have data protection laws different from those of the country which you are located.  We will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection of the information, you consent to the use of your information within the US.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above.  If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the Website and provide further communication as required by law.  We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. 

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@cmndm.com
